How to activate your free extended warranty

If you have purchased your styling tool directly from Cloud Nine, we have automatically registered your product and activated your warranty for you, so there is no need to go any further. If purchased elsewhere, you must activate your extended warranty by registering your product within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase from a recognised retailer is required for verification. Our warranty is not valid on unregistered products.
